Plastic Surgery has its origin in the Greek word "plastikos" which means to shape or create.
The two main branches of Plastic Surgery are Reconstructive Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery,
sometimes referred to as Cosmetic Surgery. Reconstructive Plastic Surgery deals with the reconstruction of
congenital anomalies and other ailments secondary to disease or injury. Aesthetic Plastic Surgery corrects certain details on the
body which for various reasons one may not be satisfied with, or body changes secondary to aging or weight swings.
The goal here is to achieve the optimal out of one’s natural bodily endowments, leading to a feeling of comfort,
satisfaction and improved confidence. Hopefully, this will then give your self-esteem a boost.
Aesthetic Surgery is by no means a guarantee for a happier social or sex life.
The surgery can improve your looks, but the rest is up to you.
